Our application ("Songhong Messaging") connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform to receive and send messages for our business. If you have messaged us on WhatsApp and would like us to delete the personal data we hold about you, you can request deletion as described below.

How to request deletion

Contact us by phone at +65 9026 9918, or send us a WhatsApp message saying "Delete my data". Please include the phone number you used to message us.

What we delete

Your name and phone number as received from WhatsApp, the content of the messages you exchanged with us, and any files or images you sent to us.

Timeline

We will confirm your request and delete the data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to keep certain records for longer.

Business customers

A business that connected its WhatsApp Business account to our application can disconnect at any time in the WhatsApp Business app (Settings → Account → Business Platform → Disconnect) or in Meta Business Settings, and may ask us to delete all of its data using the contact details above.
